This book is to help others who feel there is nowhere to turn to when financial problems occur now or knowingly in the future.
It has been written by Chris Jary based on his own knowledge, who has run his own company for 12 years, helping and advising on all aspects of debt related issues as well as thinking outside the box on more complicated ones.
He knows from personal experience in the 80s what debt problems can cause, destroying his family life, feeling the world is on top of your shoulders and having nowhere to turn to.
This book is very informative, giving frank views on what he thinks of the banks/lenders and how they treat their customers and what he thinks of some of the charitable organisations; legally what a lender/debt collector/bailiff can do to demand a debt, alleviating some of the fears some companies spread on the internet as well asthe press on what or what not to do.
There are many informative and wide ranging options (some that are not well known) available to resolve personal and business debt issues. He highlights what to be aware of on some agreements regarding hidden fees, gives informative knowledge, making you aware of what you might be tying yourself into and what to be aware of for your future, whether it might be a standard IVA, Debt Management Plan, Bankruptcy, Stopping a house repossession or other far reaching and innovative solving areas not widely known.
