A fateful bolt of lightning enables technophobe Peter Dempsey to see and befriend the 'packets' living and working inside his computer. As he discovers the secret world alive inside the Internet he learns about the launching of a lethal super virus that he and his packets must stop before it shuts down the Internet forever.
